Yes! We have a great way to meet you where you are, and help you have a smooth transition into a healthy routine.
Semi-Private, 5 per class or less. Regular Strength & Conditioning classes for athletes, about 8.

5,000 square feet, all indoors, and solely dedicated to our members.
Over 20 years! We’ve moved location in the past, but have been servicing South Shore clients since 2003.
We prefer to Start with a free Strategy Session to see what program would work for you, get an idea of your goals, and do some diagnostic tests to see what you need to work on. Then we can get into classes from there.
Grade 6 through college and professional. We break up our classes into 6/7/8th grade, high school, and collegiate.
Honestly, there is a range. We have former youth clients now in their 20s, professionals in ther 30s, parents in their 40s, 50s, and 60s.
