All workouts are not created equal. Many exercise programs only burn calories while you are working out. Optimal exercise programs will cause your body to burn calories all day. Here, certified and University-educated trainers (in Exercise Science or Kinesiology/Biomechanics) Brendan, Taylor, and Joe combine elements of various styles of training in order to make sure that you are burning off fat, adding toned muscle, and helping to avoid injuries. Train in small groups to receive personalized routines and more attention. Cost: $20 for a drop in class. $160 for a 10-pack of classes, a savings of $40. Scroll up to the "classes" section of the page or hit the "classes" tab at the top of our page. Once you see the schedule, click on the class you would like to attend. From there you can login or create a profile, and buy a single visit or multi-pack.
